Service Description

Private hire for up to 20 children with buffet food. Deposit or full payment at time of booking, final payment 1 week before. Extra can be added like characters, party bags, balloons and cakes. please speak with Andy pandy for more information It is the party booking responsibility to inform us of any allergies before hand. Once booked please contact us via Facebook, website or phone to discuss booking further must be booked 24 hours before party takes place

Cancellation Policy

A session place should be reserved and paid for through our online booking system prior to entry. This entitles the child to play in all the play areas at the venue for the session length of 1hour and 30 minutes. Those arriving late will not be able to extend their session. Upon reserving the session, an email confirmation will be received along with a booking reference which acts as proof of purchase. Customers who have made online reservations are given priority entry. Entry without an online reservation cannot be guaranteed. All sessions reserved online are non-refundable.
